Annual Business Meeting 1/24

Sunday, January 24, will be our Semiannual Business Meeting in a combined 10:00 a.m. service.  (Note:  the original meeting was scheduled for January 17 but was rescheduled due to inclement weather and the road conditions on Halls Ridge Road.)

Important decisions will be made on new Deacons, new committee members and the 2021 budget.  All those who are 65+, considered high-risk, or are a caretaker for high-risk individuals will meet in the Auditorium. All others will meet in the Fellowship Hall, where we will provide a live video feed and have communication set up with the Auditorium for questions and answers. Ballots will be distributed to all members on the church property for voting purposes, including those listening via radio in their vehicle.  This meeting will not be recorded or live streamed.  Minutes from our July meeting and subsequent votes are available at the Welcome Center.

That morning, Bible Fellowships will meet at 9:00 a.m. and Children’s Church and Kid’s Club will meet at 10:00 a.m.
