The family of Joetta Smith Holt, sister of Rodney Snead. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Joetta’s life on Saturday, August 8, at Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home. A viewing will be held at 10:30 a.m., followed by the funeral service at 11:30 a.m. Burial will follow at 1:00 p.m. at Resthaven Memorial Park.

Al Lowe went to the hospital last Thursday with an inflamed, distended gangrene gallbladder. Two surgeons decided to operate on Friday. He also has a bladder infection and pneumonia. Please pray for a great recovery.

Tony Romas, father of SCA teacher Melissa Shumate, in CCU at Princeton Community Hospital with a UTI that has become septic.

Gypsie Calvi, diagnosed with lymphedema. She is also dealing with gout in her left foot, which is very painful and makes walking difficult. She was admitted to PCH with congestive heart failure and is waiting on test results for kidney function.

The family of Frances Bolton. Graveside services for the family will be held 12:00 p.m. Friday, August 14, at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton. Those wishing to attend are requested to meet at the Memorial Funeral Directory by 11:45 a.m. There will also be a Memorial Service at Johnston Chapel at 2:00 p.m. on that day.

Rita Sayer Shreve, scheduled for a heart cath on Monday, August 3rd.

Linda Cox, recovering from surgery at Johns Hopkins on July 28. Everything went well. Doctors removed the colon cancer and lesions on her liver and put in a chemo pump. She will have a second surgery Wednesday morning to remove the right lobe of her liver.
