  • The family of Margaret Clemson. Funeral services to celebrate her life will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 21, at the Memorial Funeral Directory and Cremation Center in Princeton. Friends may visit from 1:00 PM until the service hour.

  • Gabriela Yustiz, daughter of MCA alum Leslee Easter Yustiz, back in the CICU after heart transplant surgery. The standard anti-rejection regimen was not strong enough, so they are putting her through a stronger one (higher doses of immunosuppression medications). The steroids have caused blood sugar spikes, so she’s now a functioning diabetic until further notice and needs insulin regularly. She was scheduled for aphaeresis on Friday, which draws blood, sends it to a machine to remove antibodies, and sends the blood back to her. Please pray also for Leslee and Miguel as they face these overwhelming challenges alongside her.
