Hurricane Relief Collection – Gifts Due ASAP
We are currently collecting 400 quality sleeping bags (rated for 30F or below) and 400 school backpacks for children affected by Hurricane Helene and the subsequent flooding. If you are able to purchase some of these items, please sign up at the Welcome Center (or contact the Church Office) and bring your items to the church by Wednesday, November 20. Please buy neutral-colored items so they can go to either boys or girls.
If you prefer to support these efforts financially, you can now give online through the QR code pictured below, by texting DONATE to 304-301-5222, or by clicking here. Once you reach the form, be sure to select “Disaster Relief Fund.” Please give by Sunday, November 17, so we have time to purchase these items and have them ready to deliver on Saturday. You can still give by cash or check through this Sunday by using a Special Offering envelope marked “NC Disaster Relief.” Be sure to include “NC Disaster Relief” in the memo line of any checks.
