Matthew Bradley, nephew of DeAnza McKenzie, recovering from surgery to repair injuries to his face and lip area resulting from a dog bite Wednesday evening.

The family of Kelly McGrath, niece of Walt Smith, who passed unexpectedly on Tuesday night. Arrangements are incomplete.

The family of Darrell Long, brother of Larry Long. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 9, at 2:00 p.m. at Seaver Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until the service hour.

Debbie Poe, our supported missionary, recovering from extensive oral cancer surgery. Her follow-up appointments have gone well, and she was scheduled to begin 6.5 weeks of chemotherapy and radiation on Wednesday. The first 10 days or so should be mild, but by week 3 the pain will be intense. Pray that she can tolerate the combined treatments, get good rest so she can heal, and that the treatments will fully eradicate the cancer. While the cancer is stage 4, the doctors believe she has a good chance of surviving this with God’s help and your prayers.
